COLUMBUS, Ind. - Purdue rising sophomore Cole Bradley rallied during the back nine
of the final round to win the 118th Indiana Amateur in stunning fashion at Otter
Creek Golf Club.

Bradley recorded a 72-hole total of 13-under par 275 (68-70-68-69) to defeat Sean
Rowan of Greenwood, Indiana, by three shots (-10; 68-69-70-71).

Bradley trailed by one shot entering the par-4 16th hole, but pulled into a tie for
the lead after Rowan bogeyed the 16th. Bradley then closed his round birdie-birdie,
while Rowan finished par-bogey to give the West Lafayette native the three-stroke

Bradley becomes the third Boilermaker in the last eight years to win the Indiana
Amateur, joining Tyler Duncan (2011) and Adam Schenk (2013) as recent winners. He is
the eighth Purdue representative to win the event, joining Lee Williamson (2001,
2002), Ryan Cate (1997), Lenny Hartlage (1985), Joe Campbell (1954, 1955, 1956) and
Fred Wampler (1947, 1949) as champions, in addition to Schenk and Duncan.

Bradley also pulled off a rare double as a winner of both the Indiana Amateur and an
Indiana High School state championship (2015).
