That includes success in the classroom, on academic teams, in the fine arts, and in athletics along with areas outside of school. He wants to give RHS students as many opportunities for success as possible. He believes students should be challenged in order to prepare them to be successful once they leave high school.
During his time as an athletic director, Mr. Roach has been the school leader for the completion of a major building and renovation project of the outdoor athletic facilities and an extensive renovation of the indoor athletic facilities. He has experiences in all aspects of athletics including hosting IHSAA tournaments in the sports of basketball, soccer, golf, tennis, baseball, softball, track, volleyball and football.
