MUNCIE, Ind. – With about a month to go until the Ball State football home opener, will you get behind the Cardinals’ “Social Sellout” attempt? When head coach Mike Neu and the Ball State football team open the home slate on Sept. 9 against UAB at 3 p.m., fans will have the opportunity to take part in a number of promotions highlighted by the “Social Sellout” effort. The game is presented by MutualBank. “Our hope is to foster several opportunities for Ball State fans to pack Scheumann Stadium for the home opener,” said Director of Athletics, Mark Sandy. “But the Social Sellout concept is a unique way to engage our fans near and far and let them be part of something special to kick off the season.” Fans can view the Social Sellout details below: -With the game hosted on Sept. 9, a “9.9. for $9” deal will be in place for general admission tickets for a limited time (pricing only good for advanced purchases through August 31) -Fans may keep the ticket(s) and attend the game, donate their purchased ticket(s) to a Muncie youth organization or transfer their ticket(s) to a friend via Account Manager.
